Kurdistan Parliament changes by-laws

Kurdistan Parliament convenes on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, and they made changes to a number of by-laws. The Kurdistan Region's parliament passed a bill to make improvements its by-laws following several sessions.

According to the amendment, no MP will be allowed to split from its bloc and make another one. The bill also said that during the submission of budget bill, MPs are not allowed to request a leave.
In addition, if a minister is summoned by the parliament and he or she refuses to come, the parliament will be authorized to make a decision about them in their nonattendance. 

At the end, Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Jaafar Iminiki thanked a temporary committee which has been reviewing the by-laws seriously. He also congratulated the people of Kurdistan for the passing of the bill.
